Welcome to the first update in #chantalksfit: MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY! In the past few years, I’ve been doing the research about how to become healthier, learning the ins and outs of nutrition, and trying to stay active. Of course I’ve had my setbacks (pizza is delicious) but I am committing to this journey. I feel like putting myself out there, will help me achieve my goals. I’ve never posted much on the internet about my physical fitness, but I’m ready to challenge myself. If I produce health and fitness related content that tracks my journey, I feel that I’ll be able to reach my goals with everyone watching.
